Here’s a last sketch from Italy, accidentally omitted from the last post. This is from the private gardens across the street from my old studio, Il Giardino della Gherardesca. As you can see in the link, the Gherardesca gardens have a rich history, and are impeccably maintained by The Four Seasons Florence.
